Our shipping charges for UK
orders are currently £6.99 for 1 to 12 bottles (12 bottles equals 1
case), £13.98 for 13 to 24 bottles, £21.31 for 25 to 36 bottles, £31.97 for 37 to 48 bottles, £39.96 for 49 to 60 bottles, £47.95 for 61 to 72 bottles, £55.94 for 73 to 84 bottles and £63.94 for 85 to 96 bottles. All prices are inclusive of VAT and are for mainland UK delivery
addresses only. We currently do not ship world wide.
For large orders of 20 cases or more we will also accept cash on delivery. ( Please contact us before placing your order if you are purchasing 20+ cases and would prefer cash on delivery and we will then arrange this privately)

How quickly will I receive my order?
We aim to have your order delivered within 7 to 10 working days of reciept of order. For large orders of 20 cases or more we will accept cash on delivery. Should any item you have ordered be out of
stock we shall contact you immediately to advise you of a delivery
estimate or to discuss a suitable replacement.
Can I return a product?
When
you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return an
unopened product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after
your order has been delivered (cooling off period). However, any
products returned within the 7 days must be in a resalable
condition.
In the event of damage or loss, Vitis Wines must be contacted within 3 days either in writing or by phone.
